Community is the most important thing for Jack Staats who is running for executive president of  North Canyons STUGO. Jack Staats has strong belief that it is an amazing opportunity to be a Rattler. He says “To be a Rattler is something special, North Canyon has wonderful opportunities for their students and that’s why I want to lead the student body, I want to make the opportunities 10 times better than they already are.”

Jack is truly for the students at North Canyon, he believes our campus should be inclusive for everyone and wants to break down social barriers for all students. He wants the student body to have a voice, if he’s elected president he wants to make voting more inclusive, he wants to open theme voting to the student rather than keeping it exclusive to the STUGO students. He believes the ideas of all students should be heard and taken into consideration for the betterment of the school.
