The season has officially started! Our first game was on February 26th, it was a team we had never played before (Vista Grande). They had some good players on their team. The end score was 0-15, we took a hard loss because we didn´t really show up to the game until the third inning. We were in our heads at the beginning and we weren´t playing confidently. By the end of the game we were playing better than the beginning but we could have done better. Our second game was February 27th, against Shadow Mountain. Last season they beat us pretty badly and this season we came back wanting to win. The same thing happened where we were not playing confidently the first 2 innings but by the 3rd or 4th inning we were in it to win it. They scored some runs on us in those first few innings and it was hard to come back from that, but we fought. We started to hit the ball around more and our feilding improved. If our communication was better it probably would´ve been a closer game, the end score was 11-17.  They had some strong hitters and aggressive base running but we also had some of that as well we just showed up late. Even though we lost, we played well and it was a very good game.
