The tennis Season for school is just wrapping up girls having their last game on April 21st. Boys will have their last game on April 16th. Boys had a record of 5-8 and girls have a record of 2-12. Everyone had fun and not every game needs to be won to enjoy the sport.
Coach Hines will be stepping down as coach because STUGO events and everything else that he has to plan is already time consuming enough and he won’t have enough time or energy next year. Next year, we need a new coach, so if you’re a teacher reading this and you have time to coach tennis boys you can try just get your qualifications. Coach Hines says, “I’ll still be coming to your games, even if I won’t be able to coach.”
